16 Days Of Activism

The “16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence” campaign serves as a powerful reminder that ending violence against women and girls is a collective responsibility. By raising awareness, taking action, and advocating for change, we can work toward a world where everyone can live free from the fear of gender-based violence.

Violence against sex workers

Violence against sex workers is a significant and concerning issue that often stems from stigma, discrimination, and the criminalization of sex work in many places. Sex workers, like any other individuals, have the right to safety, dignity, and freedom from violence. However, due to the marginalized nature of the profession, sex workers are vulnerable to various forms of violence, including physical, sexual, and verbal abuse.

HIV Counselling and Testing

In the fight against HIV/AIDS, knowledge is power. HIV counselling and testing (HCT) are pivotal steps in the journey towards eradicating this global health crisis. Beyond merely diagnosing the virus, HCT plays a crucial role in reducing transmission rates, providing support to those affected, and breaking down the stigma associated with HIV.

Sex Workers Right Matter

Absolutely, the rights and well-being of sex workers are important and deserve attention. Sex workers are individuals who engage in consensual adult activities, and they, like anyone else, deserve to be treated with dignity, respect, and afforded basic human rights.
